Occupational health services

Two offices available in Prague:

  • Ordinace Gorazdova 335/14, Prague 2
  • Ordinace Pod Šancemi 444/1, Prague 9 (possibility of registration with PL)

Scope of services:

  • introduction examinations, periodic examinations, extraordinary and final medical examinations
  • specialist examinations (audiometry, spirometry, plethysmography, EMG, ECG and others)
  • supervision at the workplace, contractual liability,
  • consulting activities
  • possibility of other services (vaccinations, testing, Health Days in the company, etc.)

We perform medical examinations only for patients who have made an appointment (by email, phone, online).

We make appointments so that there are a minimum of patients in the waiting room at the same time, so please respect the need to make an appointment in advance and then keep the appointment time.

The employee will come to the medical examination with an extract of medical documentation from his general practitioner and a request form confirmed by the employer

What to bring with you to health check-up?

  • valid ID
  • completed and confirmed application form from employer (including classification according to risk factors)
  • extract from medical documentation of the registering general practitioner (does not apply to patients registered with us)
  • medical reports from specialists (if available)
  • glasses, contact lenses or other medical devices if you use them

How does the occupational health examination take place?

  • interview with a doctor, medical history
  • basic examination (physical examination, blood pressure measurement, orientation check of vision, hearing, urine examination if necessary, resting ECG, spirometry, etc.)
  • issue of an opinion, payment (for contractual clients, the employer pays, others pay themselves and then have their employer reimburse them)

How long does it take?

  • depends on the category and type of work and your health condition
  • usually 20 to 45 minutes

Can I pay by card?

  • yes, we accept card payments and also cash
  • with contractual partners payment on invoice

Health check-ups for entry into the railway yard

Are you going to obtain a “entry to an operated railway infrastructure (ŽDC)” pass and do you need a medical fitness certificate? We provide medical examinations for our registered patients and our contractual clients in accordance with Decree No. 260/2023 Coll., as amended.

Vaccination

Protect the health of your employees and reduce workplace illness. We offer professional vaccinations directly at your company. We vaccinate against influenza and other diseases.

First Aid Training

You will be trained by professional paramedics. Thorough instruction in an engaging format, including hands-on practice with a medical mannequin and other equipment. We’ll share real-life experience tailored to your specific situation and needs.
